I love to render pieces that lend themselves to wood burning. Old vintage children's book illustrations do just that. I have always drawn and painted animals that I have known, whether they're pets or backyard critters, I am inspired by their personalities. Creating line drawings with a wood burner and then varnishing and painting on them is exhilarating for me. I love to express myself and to see how my art work makes people happy. My work is modestly priced and make great gifts! I do take commissions.
